• Full payment is required to secure your place in a course.
• Course prices are as advertised at the time of booking and are subject to change for future courses.
• Expelyouth reserves the right to modify course schedules, content, or instructors as necessary.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee.
• Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date.
• Expelyouth reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to this Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. Copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited without our express prior written permission.

6. Course Materials

All course materials provided to students, including digital and physical resources, are for personal educational use only. Students may not:

• Share or distribute course materials to any third parties;
• Upload course materials to file-sharing websites;
• Use course materials for commercial purposes; or
• Reproduce or modify course materials without explicit permission.

7. Student Work and Portfolio Use

By participating in our courses, students retain ownership of their created work. However, students grant Expelyouth a non-exclusive license to:

• Display student work in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials;
• Use student testimonials and success stories for marketing purposes; and
• Share examples of student work for educational purposes within our courses.

Students who wish to opt out of this arrangement may do so by contacting us in writing.

8. User Conduct
